A usual otaku room would be untidy. Well, that was it with my room before. I took some liberty to clean up the room, tossing away trashes, vacuum cleaning, and everything to make my room to be more like a living space. So, here are the pics of my clean and tidy room.

I’ve been thinking of playing some musical instruments practically years ago. Violin is my main target of learning but sadly I have no friends that truly capable of teaching me playing. Nevertheless, I am still have my interest with the learning of that instruments. Scratch that, I am actually talking about my new guitar here which I bought at Bentley near that place of The Curve. When did I start liking with this stuff actually? Well, considering that I am a mere vocalist for the band that I joined, I do thinking of getting some sort of knowledge by playing an instrument. Why guitar of all? That’s simply because I love the idea of playing a guitar while singing. So, my intention here to get a guitar is not really about able to play LIKE A BOSS for lead guitar. More like being a rhythm guitarist. And what kind of guitar did I buy yesterday? Fender Squire Telecaster. I just became RM 1,090 poorer. Continue reading

K-On! Live Event ~Let’s Go!~ was the concert that was held in Yokohama Arena at the end of last year in Japan. A concert dedicated to the fans of K-On! from seiyuu of the characters. Not really sure how many were there during the concert but it is said that the capacity of the arena is 17,000. It’s safe to say that the visitor counts are around that. While I wasn’t there in the concert but I just ordered the Blu-ray copy of it from Amazon Japan :3

I decided to buy this off from the site because it’s Blu-ray, man. Well, what kind of shitty excuse was that? lol. Anyway, this Blu-ray of K-On! has became the best selling music Blu-ray in Japan so far with 22,000 copies sold in a week. I wasn’t included as one of the fags that made the record breaking though because I ordered my copy a bit later. The record even surpassed the previous record of Namie Amuro Blu-ray selling; 14,000 in a week and 21,000 copies altogether from last September. Record doesn’t mean anything much but I can conclude from here that many otaku in Japan do have Blu-ray players such as PS3. An otaku might have a PS3 to play games as well unlike normalfag. So it is normal for anime stuffs to be popular in Blu-ray format.

I was at myclamyra’s house with other friends yesterday. Well, they’re doing some music recordings. The idea was to have a few people with talents gather up and do the recording. But it turned out several more people came along (sorry myclamyra lol). Anyway, we were recording God Knows song. Apart from myclamyra handling the bass, Eccentrical with guitar and chiaki with the drums, we had lovesummer for the vocal. Yeah, finally a girl for the singer. Well, uh, she’s from other community forum. Not from Lowyat.Net btw. Also, I took my chance to do simple photoshoot with my Nendroids, Kirisame Marisa and Hakurei Reimu.

So there were like… how many people? Hmm, let’s see; myclamyra, Eccentrical, chiaki, lovesummer, Czero, ultimaweaponx, kusakabemisao, lightnokira, wanvadder and me. Basically, only 4 people were really required for the recording. Actually, the people that have almost to zero talents of playing instruments would be me, ultimaweaponx, wanvadder and Czero. Well, Czero is trying to learn drums tho. At least he got people who can teach him unlike me with my dusty violin. ultimaweaponx and me were trying to be helpful by recording videos of the recording session, teehee…
