Thou Enraged?

Actually I wanted to write stuff about something else but some shits happened several hours ago that made me feel funny. Well, I am a bit sarcastic although sometimes can be easily trolled but this is literally funny. As you know, I love to create artworks by copying from original source and then I added some pepper and salt to make it more delicious. The artworks I am talking about is the Moeslim images that I took some liberty to add head veils over my favorite anime characters. Apparently some people don’t like it. They hate it and loathe it until they want to throw a molotov cocktail into a mosque. It’s suggestive but still a threat. (a link to image capture here in case you couldn’t see the Facebook links above)

Haters gonna hate

Haters gonna hate

So, my artworks fuel terrorism act among non-Muslims in Malaysia? From my side, a lot of people praising me for doing such Islamic artworks despite not really original. Pretty much I saw some people using my stuffs on Facebook especially those greeting card images I created. I do received negative response from some Muslims because they prefer to separate the non-Islamic materials into Islamic matters, in this case Japan. Especially when Japan anime and manga stuffs are prone to turn into sensual stuffs. But this is the first ever enraging and full of hate comments I’ve ever saw. You know what? You just gave me ideas and passions to create more stuffs like these. Especially your Shana and Saber.

Oh, if you ever watched Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai, just imagine the early part from the first episode that Kirino actually waking up her brother, Kyousuke, for Subuh prayer. I might turn that into a parody Islamic comic if I got the mood to do it. Or any of you can make it since I just give you an idea.

Improving Society

People and manners

People and manners

As a Malaysian, I always see local people doing something uncivilized. Not really that bad until like riding a shopping cart while gunning people down with AK47s African-style. Was that racist? Never mind. But Malaysian society is something not that different with other developing or advanced countries. Do I mean they’re mostly uncivilized in the civilized nations? Freedom of thoughts and acts for some people sometimes look weird to some others. This is what I called as uncivilized. In my own definition. Continue reading

Teaching: Now and Then

A normal classroom

A normal classroom

Teaching. A very well recognized profession that has been existed from the beginning of human history. In Islam, one must teach the other persons everything that he/she knows and hiding knowledge is considered as sinful. But of course, everyone is reluctant to let the others know about the best knowledge that they kept for themselves. I am writing this just for sharing some thoughts about teaching throughout my experiences and observations. Continue reading

Thoughts of Blogging

Brosuke is surprised

Brosuke is surprised

It has always been bothering me on what to write for the blog. I have several reasons for that matter. Especially for me being lazy ass. No shit. For most of the time, it’s due to the lack of idea on what to write. But that’s not entirely true either. Of all, the idea of blogging was just like any ordinary blogs out there; to write out something interesting especially regarding something personal. We present our ideas and opinions in the blogs so that others can read. To make a blog popular, we are required to present something that they want to read. By having popular blogs, income can be generated through that way. That’s if what you want is money. Continue reading

Man plans to marry Christmas tree

A man from Wiltshire is taking his love for Christmas to the next level as he prepares to marry his Christmas tree.

According to The Sun, Andy Park, 47, is planning the Yuletide nuptials although he is having problems finding a vicar who will perform the service. Park has celebrated Christmas every day for the past 17 years and told the newspaper that he is serious about his wedding plans. He told The Sun: “I love my Christmas tree more than anything else, so that’s why I want to marry it. “I’ve already got a ring, although I’m not sure yet which branch I’ll want to hang it on. “The only problem seems to be finding a vicar who is willing to do the ceremony.” The self-styled Mr Christmas has eaten over 6,000 Christmas dinners and watches the Queen’s speech every day. Although he claims to not celebrate Christmas on 25 December. He also told the newspaper, “I’ve heard of other people marrying their pets and so on, so why can’t I get hitched to my tree”. Mr Park is right that he’s not the first person to enter into a more unusual marriage, see the links below for more information on some odd weddings.

It’s Maid Train

Okaeri nasai, gochujin-chama!

Okaeri nasai, gochujin-chama!

How does it feel when you are greeted ‘Welcome back home, Master!’ whenever you stepped into a train? Well, you can have it in Japan. Some maniacs there just announced that there will be a maid-cafe style service train that span between Ikebukuro and Chichibu stations. Not really sure where the hell is Chichibu station since I never heard of it. A quick look at Google Maps shows me that… Holyfuck! 2 hours worth of journey with the train. Almost 100km long. 2 hours worth of maids, baby (implying you’re from Chichibu all the way to Ikebukuro of course). Seibu Railway Group does know how to treat maniacs like these.

Take your time, look around

News were taken from Japan Today and pictures from Seibu Railway Group site. Before you trying to think why not we have something like this in Malaysia, apart from some religious zealots going against it, you should be bothered with the government to make the public transportations better than what we have now. Of course that ours are better than that of in Jakarta but be in mind that there are 8 millions of people going in and out everyday at that city.

Disclaimer: I am not really into maids but I don’t mind to have one. Two maybe.

On the Fast Lane with Tenshi

A good friend of mine said to me that he could help me create a custom Touch ‘n Go card for me. Well, several of my other friends would love to have their own TnG cards as well. So I designed some stuffs that can be applied on both side of the card. And this is the result…

Tenshi!

Anyway, before you guys getting hyper and ask me to find this guy to create one for you, the card above is a dud. Apparently the original card of TnG was polished but we failed to apply the printing on it. My guess is that the surface of the TnG card that have been polished kinda too smooth for printing. The original polished and whitened card of TnG is still usable and my friend used a normal PVC card instead for the show off above. I still can use this along with my TnG card anyway. Tehehe…

Shah’s Vipper Challenge

The original image

The original image

Initially, I was at myclamyra’s house on Sunday where my band-mates and I were practicing for the upcoming audition for band performance this Saturday. Earlier that morning, it was supposed to be the so-called sports day for Anime Shrine (but no one was coming because it was raining *yaominglaughingsequence.jpg*). I got fever on the day before that so I woke up late and straightaway went for practicing at noon. During practice intervals, I browsed the forum a little bit and I saw shah_ho_nam posting a picture of him trying to do a dunk. It gave me some ideas to photoshop it. As I went back home, I edited the pic and created about 9 somewhat funny images out of it. Posted it in the forum and caught some attentions to the forummers there. Thus, people started contributing…

My First Dakimakura

... and another!

... and another!

Another stuff from my spending spree for this month… well, not really spending-spree-in-a-go as most of the stuffs were already being preordered months ago. This time, from Hobby Search and what’s more is that this is my first dakimakura. Stuff like this is not something cheap. Some of them are even more expensive than sculpted figurines depends on the quality (in this case, the maker). As much as I wanted a certain character to be my first dakimakura, it is not easy to get. For example, Nagato Yuki’s dakimakura has already long gone. There’s a new version of it being released but too expensive due to popularity. Someone put up a link that Hobby Search is selling Felli Loss dakimakura at 15% discount which was then I took the decision to get her as my first dakimakura…
