How many months was it? Wait, does that sound like de ja vu? Ahaha… I think rather than I make excuses like procrastinators, it’s better if I go straight to the point. Sounds promising? Actually I’ve been asked by a friend of mine, Alice, as she’s somewhat anxious to see anime events and conventions updates from me. I think I didn’t press this matter hard or maybe I just thinking leaving it as is but I would like to say that again that I haven’t been going to such event since last year.
Moreover, after like more than a year of my last journey to Palestine, it’s like I didn’t anything to put over my site. And on a sad note, I only making this after renewing my domain few days back. A lot of things happened and I have no idea what things should I write. Anyway, I think I should just simply say anything whatever pop-up in my mind.
Recently I made an artwork, moeslim style. It’s Hiradaira Chisaki from Nagi no Asukara. I remember when I talked about that there’s nothing really amuse me more. I kind of ditching the games that I loved so much as well as watching anime or collecting them stuffs. That’s because I got distracted with real life stuffs, some experiences. And then when nothing proved fruitful, I went back to these stuffs although I don’t really buying things much anymore.
Speaking of anime, I kind of watching everything now. Shounen, shoujo, even fujoshi stuffs I watched. A few were dropped mostly because lack of moe stuffs or just plainly boring monologue story and st… is it me or that I always used the word ‘stuffs’? I think I should hit the thesaurus to find better word for a replacement. Okay, back to the point, I personally disliking anime such as Watamote because it’s kind of monologue story. Well, sure, the story is fucking sad and sour about life yet without actions, it’s pretty boring. In a way, Bakemonogatari series can be boring too whenever they’re having lots of conversation but it’s not entirely passive.
Proceeding to another thing, watching fujoshi anime isn’t really a bad thing. If you’re bored and having some desire for a new adventure. Actually I was curious on what makes the rotten girls love these kind of anime much. Tho, it was pretty easy. Every guy inside such story has traits and appearances similar like any harem anime. But mostly about cool sides rather than gungho style. Just like in any male otaku-centered anime, the main character is usually shit. If we have main male character in harem anime usually to be some sort of miserable failure of living hood while having sluts adoring him like shit, the main girl character is usually a freaking submissive female in heat ready to get raped.
Well, I do understand that this kind of anime shouldn’t be focused at the main character (lol) since the audiences will be attracted towards the ‘harem’. But because of lousy and unattractive main hero (or heroin for fujoshi part), it’s usually a turn off for some people. Subliminally, the creators of these series are trying to imply that the main character is you. You, yes, you, the losers. Perhaps that would make you feel better when losers can have a harem, haha. Nevertheless, the concept is similar. Lousy otaku and fujoshi can be dreaming with good looking and delicious male/female characters.
Oh, I was thinking on typing a little bit but turned out quite a tl;dr post. Well, getting older can be a bad thing too. Haha. Until then.
