It’s already available for a couple of months I guess but I just got my Alter version of Akiyama Mio last Sunday. Truthfully, it was already there in the hands of the guy who helped me buying. Since he was at Petaling Jaya, it took me awhile to meet him for collecting the figure. Furthermore, I wasn’t that familiar with the place with led to some confusion in finding the place even though with the help of Google Maps on iPhone (GPS wasn’t available due to heavy rain in the afternoon). So, yeah… this is my first Alter product. I opened up the box and I just couldn’t stop smiling. Some of you might saying like, “Oh you moefag!” I am not really denying that if you actually looking at my plushies. Tho, in the world of otaklu, you could say that I am somewhat ‘unfaithful’ for having a lot of waifus.
Armed with my puny Panasonic DMC LX3 (with a cheapass flash gun), I took several shots over the figure, like an amateur.
The above image was me trying to take a close up shot on the bass but failed miserably as I think the view over her chest is much sharper than on the bass.
The manual mode without the flash. The bass is very detailed. I am very much impressed.
View from the back of her hand. In most cases, a bassist would rather use their thumb than a pick like a guitar. Tho, there’s actually another kind of pick for bassists to use. I am not really an expert in this area. Do correct me if I am wrong.
Well… yeah, whatever =3=
This is my new arrangement for the plushies section. I am putting Mior there as I don’t have much spaces at the moment. I will try to do something about it later.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee…
