Of course, previously there were many occasions like this but look at this way; before K-On!, only musicians who like anime and bought instruments they like and for K-On! afterwards, non-musicians bought musical instruments just for collections. If you bother to see the specifications, it’s a dynamic type, hypercardioid polar pattern that has a response of 48000 Hz to 19000 Hz with the impedence of 200 ohms and sensitivity at 1k 1.8 mV/Pa.
