GoMobile 2009
It’s that time again. The mobile phone fair that surely will attract many visitors to come over and the convention will be at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. If you remember about the previous entry of GoMobile last year, it was held at PWTC there. There were about 80,000 visitors back then and for this year, they’re targeting for 100,000 visitors. Well, for KLCC being bigger place plus it’s the center of Kuala Lumpur, that might be possible. I will be there again as well. Though, for this time, I will be under MSC Malaysia (last time was for UTeM). My company gets a placement inside MSC Malaysia’s booth. In all, there are 5 companies will be presenting under the MSC Malaysia banner including mine. Since this is something like PC Fair, one might be expecting a bunch of mobile broadband pushers lingering around the hall and shove up people with pamphlets. According to rules that I heard recently, a company or group that rented a booth may only do their stuffs within their booth’s boundary. They have to pay to the GoMobile if their banners or bunting were outside of booth as each square inch of the area has price. A single pusher lingering around the area has price too. The price for outside the hall is said to be RM 350 per person (not sure if it’s for a day or all 3 days) and more expensive if it’s inside the hall. If this is true (well, I heard it from a spokesperson), it may reduce the number of pushers. Heh, you might think pusher sounds so negative just like those drug dealers but yeah, I hate them anyway.

Sweet Mother of God
Actually, I planned to post more stuffs about some nice things going on recently (especially that VF 25 Ranka Lee decals, Little Akiba shop opening and stuffs I bought at Kinokuniya that other day). Not only that, I too have some plans to post more galleries on several interesting topics. Though, on interesting note, traffics have gone wild at my site. Certainly not in a good way. Well, my site is just a tiny little blog that mostly about random stuffs. Added up with galleries to spice things up. Through WordPress’ stats, it shows genuine views on my blog. Since I just only activated the counter around June (or somewhere there), up until now, there are about 15k views on topics. That’s for blog posts tracking. In fact, the visit on the site are hundreds of thousand more than that. Visits are nothing. Even unique ones are also nothing. What concern me the most is the bandwidth. At the moment, the meter is hazardously in red color. There are some kind of bots or crawlers or what the fuck they are which actually “downloading” stuffs like those pictures from my galleries.
If you can see this image clearly, how the fuck that for the month of October that there are more than 600,000 hits (1st until 19th which is today)? Hey, my site is not like SankakuComplex or Danny Choo. Durr… This is the worst case I’ve ever have until now. Even the total hits are actually exceeding the 2 million mark. Interestingly a better story of my site than last month’s update and that French connection. If you couldn’t access this site in a moment later, that means the bandwidth is out. Sigh…
Chocolate Love
Here comes the famous 9 girls korean band, again, with another music video which is in accordance with LG’s new phone. They’re like being some ambassadors to LG itself to promote the phone with sexy legs. Despite that I am not fancy with any single of them for being look too similar with each other, it’s kind of entertaining to watch them dance in unison. Especially the bare legs. Hey, they look so classic this time. The costume I mean. I think the song isn’t as cool as Gee gee gee song but still catchy.
You’re gonna get…
Raped. Yeah, that’s for the gallery today. It’s always amusing to see those expressions, isn’t it? Or that I am a sick bastard who have weird fetishism despite it’s only some hand drawn images plus a little bit of editing with computer applications. Try observe these images. Most of them are funny. Nothing explicit there actually (albeit a few that might have gone a little bit further). On the bright side, it’s not really something that evil as in ‘rape’. It is more about the situation rather than real self-enforcement unto the others. Believe me.

ID-3 HoiHoi-san
Few days ago, I ordered Kotobukiya’s ID-3 HoiHoi-san from The Figure Mall. It’s not really a figurine like usual. Like any gunpla, I have to assemble them accordingly piece by piece. It’s actually came from one shot special episode called Ichigeki Sacchi!! HoiHoi-san. HoiHoi-san is a tiny robot who has a task to exterminate insecticides especially roaches. So, the HoiHoi-san I have is actually 1/1 scale. Let’s have a look at those pictures, shall we?
World’s Best Companies 2009
Recently BusinessWeek has released the list of World’s Best Companies Top 40 which was compiled by A.T. Kearney. So, what is the criteria for a company to be in the list? In excerpt of what they say, it’s basically companies that have a commitment to innovation, diversified portfolios, aggressive expansion, strong leadership, and a clear vision for the future. “In an environment of continuous disruptive change, companies that have rigorous strategic planning initiatives that allow them to see over the horizon…are far more likely to win than those that make it up as they go along,” says Paul Laudicina, chairman of A.T. Kearney. To create the list, A.T. Kearney examined the 2,500 largest publicly listed companies in the world. Kearney’s team singled out those with a minimum of $10 billion in sales in 2008, at least 25% of which came from outside the company’s home region. It then ranked the companies on their sales growth and value creation—the rise of market capitalization after subtracting any increase in capital—over the past five years.
Shrine Lady
Miko is basically the girl who works or helps around the shrine like in Japan. What makes this girl standout is the costume she wears. Well, it’s a kind of attraction for people to come to those shrines especially if cute girls wearing in miko outfit. So what does a Miko do? In modern days, they’re usually helping around the shrine (obviously) like cleaning, perform ceremonial dances during special days, fortune telling (called omikuji and quite popular) and others. Usually for a harem-like anime, there shall be at least one character who is devoted to the shrine either willingly or due to family matters, in which, the latter is the most chosen reason for them to be one. It’s a popular choice too for author to create a Miko character in visual novels and eroge. There’s like a forte for someone to wear hakama, the kind of miko clothing. There are various of hakama like the ones being worn by students at a dojo or even during social events. But for a Miko, it’s usually white robe with red hakama.
